　　亚科电子（亚科电子（香港）有限公司）成立于1998年，公司自成立以来就一直专注于泛半导体领域设备集成和技术服务；专业服务于先进封装、化合物半导体、MEMS等特色工艺半导体领域，在2.5D/3D封装、玻璃载板/面板级封装、CPO/NPO硅光集成、Micro-LED、化合物功率/射频器件、MEMS、微纳光学、微纳加工平台建设等领域拥有丰富的建线经验及可靠的设备方案。
